Kristen Spilman is a creative leader with a history of breathing new life into major technology brands.

Prior to her time in Silicon Valley, Kristen was an Associate Partner at Pentagram, as well as a faculty member in the undergraduate graphic design department at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

She moved west to join Dropbox, where she refined and elevated the company’s brand. Her work cemented illustration’s role at the heart of the company’s identity. She went on to lead an illustration overhaul at Facebook, and recently joined Stripe as Head of Brand & Communication Design.
